You could see that women are more productive in this era compared to before,more girls are choosing to be single until in their mid thirties and are very happy with their status. Being twenty nine and not yet married, back in the eighties, is a big shock and people would start looking for the fault that why you are still single and almost turning thirty. Whatever fields they chose, more women are excelling in the fields they chose and there more women that hold important and big roles in companies and the society, and the first example that always comes in mind, is that the current city governor is a woman. But women in this decade are still women and they still want to get married and raise children and have their own family, the only thing that changed is that there is no more pressure on what age should you get married, because if you get passed that age you will never get married at all. Recently I just attended a wedding, and now I am being asked to come up with a wedding invitation wording samples because one of my closest friend, and a cousin of my cousin is getting married, and she is completely clueless on what to do. She is a doctor and she is very busy the whole time in the hospital, and she is marrying a doctor too, who is also a very busy man. Because they are just starting on their career and would rather spend the money on their house or car, instead of spending it in a one day affair,they do not want to spend for a wedding coordinator.   My inbox is flooded with messages from her about her wedding, so I have a feeling that I will be the wedding planner, coordinator and designer.
