BPM is a total management approach that aims in the arrangement of all facets of the business with the wants and needs of end users; it is also made to prepare organizations to be more effective while working for innovation, tractability and integration with technology. You and other people do not want to be sold but want to buy, and thus, building a good relationship with the customers is essential. Studies show that there are a lot of reasons why people don’t continue doing business with you: because they have new needs, they are unhappy with the pricing of the product, they are unhappy with the product itself, or they are happy about how they were treated. Most of the time, administration focuses on the second reason so they lower the price of their products and let each person know it so they may able to keep customers, however, the biggest reason why customers leave is that they are unhappy with the way they were treated. Customers also look at other factors like the kind of service you give, the quality, cheerfulness, helpfulness of the employees and many others; pricing is just one of the many things. It is important that in starting your business process management you have to involve everything so that the complete process is documented. There are four simple steps to business process organization: modeling, management, automation, and optimization; once you have tested and enhanced your process it is ready to be installed, and after the process is taken into action, you have to determine its effectiveness by continuously studying it. There are many features embedded into the software for business process management and these things come together to make controlling your process easily.
