BPM is a total management approach that aims in the arrangement of all facets of the business with the wants and needs of end users; it is also made to prepare organizations to be more effective while working for innovation, tractability and integration with technology. Studies show that there are a lot of reasons why people don’t continue doing business with you: because they have new needs, they are unhappy with the pricing of the product, they are unhappy with the product itself, or they are happy about how they were treated. There are four simple steps to business process organization: modeling, management, automation, and optimization; once you have tested and enhanced your process it is ready to be installed, and after the process is taken into action, you have to determine its effectiveness by continuously studying it.
